6weeks..miscarriage?

2nd pregnancy here and starting to have blood and cramps. I never had this with my first. Has anyone experienced this? Should I be concerned? Any advice would be appreciated

When I was 6 weeks pregnant I went to the ER for light bleeding & cramps. They told me it was likely some late implantation bleeding as my cervix was still closed and baby had a fetal pole! 
I used to think implantation bleeding was only before you found out you were pregnant but so many people here, and myself have shown me it can happen anytime the fetus borrows deeper into uterine lining. 
I’m now 26w2d and haven’t spotted since! (My bleeding was bright red / pink but was not enough to fill a pad)
I’ve also experienced a m/c at 9w and it felt and looked the same, it’s hard to differentiate between it all. If you’re RH negative go to the dr asap to get the Rhogam shot tho & maybe checked out!
