Best place to get jeans??

All my jeans have a saggy bum cause my butt is literally flat so I need tight fitting skinny jeans or Jeggings. Usually when I buy skinny jeans they’re too loose in the butt and crotch area and loose at the ankles. But I’m looking for tight fitting SKINNY skinny jeans. Any suggestions?
