Is there such thing as TOO much sleep while pregnant?
I am 22 weeks... today I woke up at 9:30am, napped 12-2, ate, napped 3:30-5. This seems so excessive but I literally am soooo tired. I sleep like a rock at night too. I am worried about sleeping TOO much... is this concerning?
Weekdays I usually go to bed around 10 and wake up around 7am. Weekends I normally go to sleep around 11 and wake up around 8:30. Today was a bit of a different story with it being excessive, but it still worries me why I am ok sleeping THIS much. Do babies go through growth spurts that make you more tired or something?
