Period Start Date and End?
I'm very new to tracking my period.
As I am TTC with pcos I would like this to be as accurate as I can get it.
So, do we class the few days of spotting before the heavy flow as a period or just input the date when it's heavy? And the same for when it's ending as I know old blood is brown so surely when it starts going brown your period has ended before then?
