Why haven’t I started my period yet?

Hey y’all! I had a laparoscopy done on December 30th to remove endometriosis, ovarian cysts, IBS and other things. I was supposed to start my period the following week on the January 7th. I still have not had a period and no signs of one. My question is has anyone been through the same thing? My periods were always regular. 28 days like clockwork.

Please help! I have taken multiple pregnancy tests and they are all negative. 😭😭😭
