What type of vitamins did you take after delivery?
I continued taking my prenatal vitamins but someone suggested switching to postnatal. If you take postnatal what brand do you have? (Hoping a change in vitamins will help with my hair loss!!- I know it’s normal and will grow back but this is bad!)
