Cramps

Have any of you guys had cramps while pregnant but they were from constipation and gas but it freaked you out? I’m 12 weeks and been having cramps but they are relived for a while after I go to the restroom. I was backed up for 2 whole weeks from constipation and then finally got things back on board but I still think I am backed up. The cramps are freaking me out. So hard to tell the difference.
