My 3 year old got molluscum contagion around august/September timeframe (we don’t know where he got it from). I took him to the pediatrician and the pediatrician said it’s common but very contagious. I asked for something to help it go away and she said there isn’t anything she can prescribe for it. I went on amazon and bought zymaderm, we’ve been using it for 3 weeks (2ce a day) . No difference. Does anyone have any advice? I’ve been washing his laundry in hot water and making sure he doesn’t touch them. They are on his chest and back. Summer is approaching quickly and I want him to be able to participate in sports, but I do not want him spreading it to other children. Any advice is welcome.
