2nd miscarriage, absolutely gutted. Anyone had luck after 2?

We had our first in December 18 at 6 weeks, and had 6 months off trying and then we got pregnant in November 19. We tried not to get too excited but it was hard, especially as we got further along the way. I was feeling so anxious so we paid for a private scan, and then came the moment I dreaded, they couldn't find a heartbeat, we had lost our rainbow baby. After going through a week of hell last week physically, now comes the other side, I'm heart broken and devastated. Has anyone been through anything similar? I'm worried trying again at the risk of putting myself through it a 3rd time
