Rib pain

So I’m 32 weeks measuring 38 because of excess fluid. My rib pain is getting so bad, it’s almost unbearable. It used to be just after I ate, now it’s a constant burning ache all the time and nothing I do gets rid of it (heating pad, baths, Tylenol, etc)

I can’t imagine getting any bigger and going like this for the 8 weeks I have left.

Any suggestions!?😩
