I can’t even believe myself. I had my 32 week checkup this evening with my midwife, I saw her 2 weeks ago everything was fine. I took my 2 year old with me and they let you weigh yourself, alone before your appointment (with my son I went to an OB and the nurse always weighed me). I stepped on the scale and just about screamed. I had gained 30 lbs since my 30 week appointment. What?? How? And I didn’t notice? This is impossible. And then my 2 year old put his finger in my nose and I realized I was HOLDING HIM and I am not okay. I gained 2 lbs y’all. Two. I am not okay.
