Anal fissures/ hemmoroids?

Hello everyone, 
I’m 31 weeks and my past two stools there was a lot of pain and blood in the bowl. Does anyone know what to do about it?

Tucks help but i have a hemorrhoid and it all but goes away when I take a bath every night. Especially with epsom salt. I take baths for restless leg syndrome and sciatic pain but it seems to help with hemorrhoids too for me

Warm baths! As many as you can take. That’s the only thing that helped me 🥴
