Nose piercing

So I got my nose pierced about six weeks ago and I got a bump on it. I did go back to my piercer he just said to keep using the spray and that the bubble was from a small infection. It's been about 2 weeks since I saw him. Any advice on how to make it go away? The bump is more visible in person.
