Is anyone else experiencing increased sensitivity down below?!

I literally cant wear any underwear at all, I’m wearing my husbands most of the time because they don’t touch at all. I wore shorts the other night and now one of my labia minora is slightly swollen and slightly itchy and irritated. I just got over one of my labia major being irritated and itchy from my underwear. Its not my soap, its not a matter of different kinds, I literally have to sleep naked some nights just to be comfortable “down there” . She’s much more swollen and I have varicose veins there (which i get during pregnancy once baby turns down) and it causes me to be so sensitive 😭 super frustrating.
