Hair around baby’s toe

Hi I’m a FTM. No judgment please. Need advice.

Just gave my baby a bath and noticed her toe was red and swollen. Hair was wrapped around it. I got the hair off. The toe is slowly turning lighter. It’s not blue or purple, but still has the indention around it. Should I take her to the doctor? Attaching a picture of what it looks like now.

Like I said, it was never purple so it never lost complete circulation but wanted yalls opinions first.
