My husband & I received a gift from his biological father; a hand stitched quilt made by my husbands great-great-grandmother. I don’t know exactly what year it was made but she passed away in 2006 & she was 91 years old then. It’s still in very good condition & I would like to keep it that way.

So, I have a few questions:

1) How do we wash it?

2) How do we dry it?

3) What products can we use on it?

4) Would I have better luck taking it to a dry cleaner?

Any & all advice would be greatly appreciated!
