It doesn’t help them grow but its great for removing stubborn waterproof makeup like liners and mascara 
Its a good lipbalm in winter too

I wouldn’t put that near your eyes. It’s good for chapped or dried skin/rashes

This worked really well for me thickens them I was just careful to only put it on my lash line.
