How common are false positives on first response digital tests? I am currently on tamiflu for possibly having influenza b (husband got a positive flu test yesterday) didn’t know if that could give me a false positive

No the flu don't produce hcg. And neither does the medicine for it. Rare conditions can such as certain cysts and cancers but MOST of the time its pregnancy causing the hcg

False positive is extremely rare. And as digital needs higher hCG, then it is probably more rare on digital than a line test (eyes might play tricks). So congratulations turn to doctor asap, to treat flu and also keep the baby healthy correctly.
