“Mom I’m out of diapers “ . Mom couldn’t get the writing off of her toddler after several attempts of washing the area. All because he was out of diapers smh

I would be furious, but I wouldn’t sue, the childcare worker has lost her job and I think that’s is enough. 
Also working in childcare I don’t see how anybody could think this is okay, just have a conversation with the mother when she picks up her kid ffs.

I can’t imagine having my child in daycare and not bothering to read the end of day report and the toddler probably thought it was hilarious having writing on his stomach. That said, this is still inappropriate.

I would think it would be nice to press charges but I don’t think anything actually criminal occurred. Or if they pressed charges it would probably get dismissed in court.
