I'm based in London UK and was referred to Royal London Hospital in December. I have still not received any calls, emails or letters to arrange my first appointment (almost 6 weeks now). I have called them and my GP numerous times and they keep palming me off. I've missed out on my initial booking appointment, my first ultrasound and it's now coming up to what should be my 16 week appointment. I don't even have any maternity notes yet and I'm 15 week's on my first pregnancy. I have been trying to arrange an appointment for four weeks now. Even calling the hospital's complaints department was fruitless, no one answers the phone. My husband arranged a private reassurance scan for me last week. This is getting really stressful for me.
