Slow rising HCG

My HCG is rising at a slower rate than they would like. 1/24 it was 16200 and on 1/28 it had gone up to 31700. They did an ultrasound yesterday and saw a nice strong heartbeat. 120bpm. Has anyone else had this and their pregnancy was fine? I read that after 6,000 the levels take longer and longer to double.
