Holding urine for ovulation test
How many people hold it for 4 hours or more before testing? I have tons of trouble with this as I drink a ton of water. I cut down enormously so I don’t suffer as much within those 4 hours but I still have a tough time holding it in that long. Is it absolutely necessary to hold it for 4 hours?? (yes I know the instructions say to do so I just would like to know what others think)
