Pre-symptoms

Hi ladies so yesterday I had and accumulation of brown discharge that looked like a little spotting and at is due to come on tomorrow. I took a test this morning and I feel like it’s a faint line. I never spit before my cycle and I have been having a sore uterus feeling and a feeling like my period is coming on for a few minutes then it goes away completely. I also can’t hold anything I drink and I checked with my doctor last week about a uti or anything like that nothing. I also had a miscarriage in oct 2019 and my boobs seem to be filling back in and just look like they are heavier.
