1 Year Old - No Tears
My almost 13 month old boy has almost NEVER cried an actual tear. He’s had maybe one or two tears ever... and today He cried pretty hard, probably for 3 minutes... NOTHING. Not a drop. Of course I googled and I’m seeing anything from clogged tear ducts all the way to this horrific disease called Riley Day Syndrome...
Anyone else ever seen this? I need some reassurance.
