I had a monster energy drink, can I still nurse my baby?

I had a horrible migraine. I was gonna wait awhile for it to leave my system, but I’m engorged and don’t respond well to a pump! 😩

I wouldnt make a habit of it but I'm sure one time is fine. You can also hand express if pumping doesnt work for you.

I would definitely invest in atleast a hand pump! Also baby may get super fussy from the caffeine. As stated already, don't make a habit of it. Drink like coffee or tea. Monsters have a lot of not so healthy stuff... Not bashing. I drink them too. Just gott he careful of lil!💕
