Should I attend a bachelorette in Vegas?

Okay. So. Here's the deal.

My little bro is engaged to be married in July, I've been asked to be a bridesmaid, and his bride to be is celebrating her bachelorette in April in Vegas. I JUST found out I'm pregnant. I haven't told the family since I'm only five weeks and we had a chemical pregnancy back in September...

Anyway, I'm stuck wondering if it's a good idea to still go to Vegas now that I got a little one on the way. I can't drink with them, I can't smoke with them, I can't do the rides that they're wanting to do, and I just realized today that the casinos are going to be full of secondhand smoke and I don't want to be around it while preggo. Normally I wouldn't give a crap, but it's not just me I gotta worry about now...

I don't want to disappoint her. Especially because I know EXACTLY what it's like to have bridesmaids who don't show up (granted mine didn't show up to literally anything...and this will be the only thing I miss). But, she is also having a bachelorette at the beginning of March here in town because one of her people can't make Vegas already - which is going to be more bar hopping and I don't feel like the smoking thing will be as big a deal during that one.
