How many of you ladies had your OB doctor be the one who ACTUALLY delivered your baby? With my first it was the doctor who was on duty at the time and with my second my OB told me that it could be him or it could be (like the first) whoever is on duty at the moment. I don’t really see a point in building a relationship with your OB I’d it’s 9 out of 10 chance that in the end the doctor could be anyone. I don’t mind but I’m just curious how is everyone else’s experience? I am delivering at a hospital if that makes a difference.
