Usually 2 or 3 times in the morning and then again at night.

Morning sickness is not some cute little "oops I puked this morning" thing. But, there also is something called hyperemesis which sucks (I have it). I've been on zofran for my entire pregnancy. If it's just a once off thing, you're fine. But, if you can't hold anything down or eat and are losing weight, call your doctor.
