Do doctors contact you for good test results?

Has your doctor ever contacted you to go over results if there wasn’t anything wrong? I had a voicemail from my doctor saying it wasn’t urgent but to call as soon as I can to go over test results. My last appointment I did 2 vaginal swabs and they have the results from my 20 week ultrasound. They’ve never contacted me for this before they usually just tell me at my next appointment that everything is looking great, so I’m worried.

My doctors office calls me for everything. But good news calls usually take a few days

Depends on the doctor. With My first pregnancy i was told 'no news is good news' and this one i was told that i likely wouldn't be contacted about test results unless they came back odd, but was still called about my GD test even though i passed.
