Did anyone else's dog do this close to labour?!

I have a pug and she sleeps in the lounge when me and my partner sleep in my bedroom. I'm due on the 12th Feb so not long left she's not really changed in her behavior. I've kept my bedroom door open for about a month now since I get up a million times a night and I kept on waking my partner up. She's never once attempted to come into our room whilst sleeping as she's one to pee on the bed!.. But tonight I woke up and I found her sleeping on the floor next to me, I managed to get her out use the bathroom and she followed me as per usual. Now I've closed the door a little more she's litaraly sleeping on the floor with her face by the crack of the door. Does she know I may go into labour soon? She's acting very strange she's not been this attached since I first had her!
