I’m 30 weeks 3 days, I went to my doctors appointment. I got sent to the hospital, where they confirmed that I am dilated to 1. Cervix is 50% efface. While there, they picked up on the contractions I had been having. I was allowed to go home 9hrs later after I didn’t have any contractions for an hour. My question is... does this mean I will be going into labor soon? Also I have a short cervix, was told around 21 weeks that there’s a 80% chance of pre term labor.
