Hello, my son’s nearly 8 months and have been exclusively breastfed since around 3-4 months.

(Before that, he took the bottle just fine)

He’s refusing the bottle. Fights me and whoever is trying to feed him, shoving himself backwards, closing his lips and shaking his head side to side to avoid the bottle, whining/crying.

When he’s distracted, he’d have it in his mouth, but will not drink. If I’m lucky, he’ll suckle here and there, but other times, he’ll spit out the milk. He’ll laugh and smile but then just refuses it entirely afterwards.

We’ve tried SO MANY METHODS. It’s beginning to feel impossible.

Bottles Used :

- Avent Naturals

- Medela

- Nuk

- Tommee Tippee

- Dr. Brown’s (WIDE & NARROW)

We used different flows as well on each brand, but nothing’s working..
