Does high blood pressure guarantee preeclampsia?
So I was diagnosed with high blood pressure yesterday, 142/91 at 31+1. The doctor didn't seem overly concerned since it was just a tiny bit over the level and told me to monitor it at home and come in if it got higher.
I didn't ask, is it possible for this to just stay high blood pressure and not turn into preeclampsia? Or does it pretty much signal that I will have preeclampsia at some point?
Thanks in advance!
