Will I get more follicles? CD5

Question

Today is stims day 4 and had my check up at the clinic. I have 5 follicles ranging from 14-8mm. My amh is 3.1 and I’m 34. Did you get more follicles later? I start taking cetrotide tomorrow. :/

I got two more during the cycle, but they didn’t have enough time to catch up. 😞

You can definitely get more!! I was told I only had 4 follicles a few days before retrieval (was devastated) and ended up with 10 eggs - stay hopeful! Also, remember that is it quality and not quantity that counts (I’m sure you’re tired of hearing this, but it is true!). I ended up with more frosties with my 10 than others I know who had 20+ eggs.

You’ll get more . I went from 8 follicles at first scan to 12 to 23 to 27. Retrieved 11 eggs and 7 fertilised . Good luck !!! X x x

Im a similar age and was in a similar situation. I got 14 at retrieval, and 8 frozen. Dont lose hope yet.

You will get more follicles growing for sure. You are still early in the journey .. you hot probably another 4 days of stims maybe 9 and another two more nights of growth before retrieval. What meds and how much are you on.

It’s possible! At this point it’s a race against time-do new ones have time to grow before your 14mm is mature? Your next scan will give you a better idea what to expect.
