Resting period after retrieval?

How soon did you resume daily activities like housework, work work, etc after retrieval?

I was fine the next day. Some people need a few days. You’ll just have to listen to your body and do what it tells you.

I honestly felt fine directly after my retrieval, just tired. I hung out on the couch that day and the next day went back to work.

I took it easy the rest of retrieval day but was back to normal the next day.

I took the next day off and then went back to normal the day after that.
