Of course. Our money is our money. There’s no mine or his. Plus any debt your spouse has is basically your debt as well when you’re married.

Nope. My school loans and car payments are/were mine and his are/were his. Shared expenses come out if a joint account and we have separate accounts for our own discretionary/fun money.

So I help with making payments on my wedding ring and that's really all about what he'll let me pay on 😅 
We're both stubborn in the sense of getting money spent on us but he's very adamant in taking care of me because he knows I have more expensive bills than him and he just wants to make sure I'm taken care of and not stressed out  which I won't ask him to pay my bills cause they have nothing to do with him (my car, my insurance, ect ect) so even though I don't ask for it he'll send me money or when I'm reluctant on getting something to eat (baby is very picky too so of course I never crave anything in the damn house) because I don't wanna spend the money he'll order me something
It makes me feel bad because I always feel like I'm not doing enough for him but he always responds with that I am and rubs my little baby bump
Which our financial situation will be improving soon due to us getting married in December (he's military so dependent pay and stuffs related to him not living in the dorms anymore) and me moving out of the apartment I'm in because rent is absolutely outrageous for what I have here (2 bed 2 bath for 1075 a month plus utilies added on making it almost 1200 a month plus another 150 from electric and they plan on upping the rent for a 12 month lease to about 1200 so with utilities it'll be like 1300-1400 not including electric) hoping to get on base housing instead and have a very affordable back up if we don't, to which I've already been told I wouldn't be paying rent for even though I argued that I wanna contribute. I also had to change jobs after moving down here from taking the first one I could find because I wasnt even making 700 a month and that switch hit us a bit, but we're coming back stronger than ever from it and I have a job that pays me enough to cover my bills and have a little extra left over for emergencies/groceries/setting money aside for the baby

Yes! Once you get married you are joined. That means everything we have is ours: money, cars, equipment, house, etc.

Its 50/50.. I help him.. he helps me.. we work in a team to pay for bills.

Well he helps me since I’m a stay way home mom. In two years ALL of his debt will be paid off so then we will work on my student loans, my car and then we should be debt free (minus our mortgage)  in the next 4 years
