Weight gain
Okay I feel really bad already and don’t want to be chewed out but I’m 18 weeks and I’m dreading gaining weight I’m scared if I gain too much weight that I won’t lose it and never get my pre pregnancy body again. I love my baby so much and haven’t even met her yet and I know my body is her home and is helping her grown ❤️❤️ but I would also like your NICE opinion because I have only gained about 2 pounds during this pregnancy but lost about 5 is that safe? I’m not starving my self I swear I just can’t eat after 7pm due to really bad heart burn and acid reflux. But for everyone who has already had a baby and lost their baby weight what did you do? Walk? Any type of safe workouts? If you had a work out plan can you post down below what it was
