Baby boy came last night at 6:51pm. Started with contractions around 12:30...stayed at work until about 3:30 as I had already had several false alarms! When contractions got painful, I left work headed home to labor a bit. Contractions were irregular for awhile then all of a sudden started coming fast every 2-3 minutes! Got in car headed to hospital. Instructed to go to bathroom and put on gown and give urine sample. Water broke in bathroom during next contraction! Straight to the bed checked me and I was 9cm! I was screaming for that epidural but no time lol. We had called our ob on the way but he didn’t quite make it. Baby was delivered by laborist with 2 pushes! Third baby and never had this experience before. Moved so fast! I was due February 7th....so exactly 39 weeks. Carter weighs 7 pounds and 21 inches long. We ❤️ him so much!
