I knew I am pregnant (poas addict) and thought I'd see what they look like compared to each other. The LH ovulation test is more positive than the HCG pregnancy test. Did a little research and they're both closely related and the LH test cnat tell the difference in hormone unlike the hcg that can so that, ladies, is why you'll get positive ovulation test when pregnant.
