Had an exam the other day im34 weeks pregnant but this isn’t normal after exam is it?

Get seen. Light spotting is normal the day of an exam. This is not.

I had that after some of my internal exams. My midwife said that was normal. If you are concerned then give your dr office a call.

It can be depending on you. I have a “friable cervix” meaning it really sensitive. I bleed after sex all the time normally, after any doctor appt where they go inside. So any cervix check i do way well.
And what could have happened is your mucus plug loosened up and came out, with some initiation from the cervix which is why it’s pink.
Wouldn’t freak unless you were cramping ! 
But call anyways to be safe.
