What time does your LO go to bed?

Also, does your LO sleep through the night? Trying to get a schedule down!

My son sleeps from about 7pm to 6:30/6:45am... he occasionally has a day where he wakes at or before 6am. (No wake ups thru the night)
If his last nap ends super early, we may even do bedtime at 6:45 and the latest is 7:30.

My husband is a third shifter so when he wakes up between 9:30-10p is when I put my son to bed. He’ll sleep until 8:30a, with one or two wake ups when he doesn’t have his pacifier.

We're going through a MAJOR sleep regression that has me and baby in tears every night. She was going to bed by 8:30 everynight, now....we're lucky if it's before 11..I'm struggling 😭😣

Mine go to bed between 5:30 and 6:00 but that's because they get up at 5:30 so I can get them to daycare in time to get to work around 6-6:30.
They wake once at night for a quick feed

Yes he does. He goes to bed 7-730. Sleeps until 5-530 usually gets a bottle. Then he goes back to sleep until 7-730 or we get up if I work

I put 6-7 but it’s usually 7-7:30. Every once in awhile if his naps get off he’ll go to bed as late as 8. He used to wake up 2-3 times a night but last night he slept almost 7 hours straight, only woke once to eat just before 2:30, and went back to bed until 8

I start bedtime at 7:39 so hopefully my LO is asleep around 8-8:30, however he’s been fighting a bit so I’ve been considering starting around 7. I get home from work at 5:30 and try to get two feedings in so I am struggling with actually implementing the earlier time.

My son sleeps from 7/7:30- 6/6:30 most days. No wakeups for the most part.
