PMS every other month?
Anyone else only PMS every other month? Last month I’d never know I was about to start my period if I didn’t track it. This month I am so emotional and irritable and depressed. It’s like this every other month for the last few years. And it’s horrible on those PMS months. To the point I may go back on antidepressants so I’m not crawling in my skin for one week every other month.
