What’s your opinion on smoking weed when pregnant?? Either all the time or occasionally. Just remember to be respectful 🥰

Absolutely not. Be respectful for the body that isn’t yours that’s inside you and has no say. It’s only 9 months

I think that no matter if marijuana is “natural” or something, like some people say, it is a mind altering drug and if you can feel it, the baby can feel it. Therefore, in my opinion it’s wrong. Just like it’s wrong to force someone to drink alcohol or take drugs without their consent... same thing. Not JUST that, but research shows that breathing in smoke of any kind during pregnancy impacts the development of the baby’s lungs and dramatically increases the chances of developing asthma and other respiratory issues.

Absolutely not worth risking anything for my baby even if there’s no studies showing it has affects, you don’t know it does until you know. 🤷🏼‍♀️ he depends on me to ensure he’s the healthiest he can be.

It makes me uncomfortable to think about smoking weed (or eating or whatever) while pregnant when there is incomplete research on the effects. I’ve just put it in the same category as alcohol in my mind and I’ll start up again after baby is born 😊

Hell no. Not safe. No research to prove it’s safe. Smoking during pregnancy restricts your blood vessels and affects blood flow to the placenta.
Smoking marijuana has been proven to alter brain development in teens, so just imagine what it can possibly do to your child.
