Boost supply?!?!

What do people think of the upspring products?
I have the chocolate flavor milk booster was just curious what other people thought about that brand. 
Any other good suggestions on how to boost milk that you have personally tried not just read?

Keeping your calories up and drinking plenty of water will help overall, but the only sure fire way to boost your supply is to nurse and/or pump often enough. No magical supplements, foods or drinks will increase your supply if you’re not nursing or pumping enough. Empty breasts = more milk production and full breasts = less milk production. I never bought into any of the gimmicks they have on the market because breastfeeding is all about supply and demand.

Hydrate. Eat. And pump as much as you can.  I mean it drink water like its your job!
