How many cups of Raspberry Leaf Tea to drink at 36w?

Question

My midwife says that this tea tones the uterus. Tons of reviews that ladies made for the tea say that the tea helped them tremendously during labor by shortening it and making it easier overall. How many cups should I drink a day? Only 4 weeks til due date.

34wks 1 cup every other day
35wks 1 cups daily 
36wks 2 cups daily 
37wks 3 cups daily RELIGIOUSLY was 5cm dilated 70% thinned out
38WKS+1 DAY blood show in labor an hour later

Start with a cup a day to get your body used to it. It can cause contractions so you don't want to freak yourself out by going all in with it and having some major braxton hicks. 
I started around 30 weeks with one cup. The next week I brought it up to 2 and so on. 
Im 34 weeks and enjoying as much as I'd like a day. It's always been my favorite tea so i was eager to start.

Ease your way into it by doing a cup a day, then add another and another. I was told by my Dr to drink 4 cups a day until the end.

I was drinking 1 then changed to 2 at 40w and i went into labor at 40w2d and it was super fast. 3h from start to finish

I been drinking a cup a day since 33 weeks. Now I am 35+2 and will start drinking 2 cups a day and at 37 weeks I’ll do 3. Since I’ve read you can drink 2-3 cups a day.
