Waist Trainer Directly after Birth
I wanted to put one on a couple hours after giving birth, more so for comfortability (waist band) since my stomach will be very loose. This is my first child so I have no idea on how my stomach will look, feel, or if I’ll even need anything.
How long did you guys wait to put on a waist trainer, or some type of support band?
