So I’m 4w4d and I had some awful cramps in the middle of the night last night and before I went to bed I had a tiny tiny bit of blood so little it would have been hard to see if I didn’t study it and today I woke up I don’t even feel pregnant anymore..

You need to have a lot of blood, to call it miscarriage.

Cramping can be normal unless it’s one sided and extreme.
All you can do is wait a week or so and test again. That was the advice the hospital gave me.
