You can get bloodwork done to confirm, i had a mc at 5 weeks, confirmed 2 weeks later and as we had sex within the time we werent aware i found out a week after they confirmed i was no longer pregnant i’d managed to get pregnant again. As long as they tell you its safe to try your fine, they advise wait till your next cycle so it’s easier to date and to avoid infection

I would go ahead and do blood work to make sure they ate fully at 0. I’d say wait at least till the bleeding has fully stopped. That’s what my doctor always tells me every time I miscarry
