It’s Sunday, so I don’t have a way to get in touch with anyone at my doctor’s, but I wanted to get a few opinions to ease my nerves. If possible. I took a pretty big fall outside, I think I might have tripped over my feet or maybe missed a step walking down, and I fell face first on the concrete. Here’s the thing, my knee mostly caught the fall, and I think I instinctively held my hands out to catch my upper body because my hands are all scraped up from falling. I didn’t feel the impact on my stomach when I fell, so I’m not sure if I fell on it or not. My boyfriend and my mom are both freaking out and I’m not able to contact my midwife or nurses or anything, so I don’t really know what I’m supposed to do until tomorrow. I could go to the emergency room? But I don’t feel any pain. What should I be looking for, if there is something to be concerned about? What kind of signs? This is my first pregnancy and my anxiety is shooting through the roof, and with it being Sunday and not being able to talk to my midwife is stressing me out.
