Constant weight gain getting me down
I’m already really heavy like large BMI. My body has constantly always underperformed with my metabolism and I’m really stressed about my weight gain. I’m almost 19 weeks, have gained almost 20 pounds and I’m frustrated. I only eat about 2000 calories a day so I know I’m not over eating and if I do have a high calorie meal I just have small snacks around it. I don’t really crave sweets but idk what’s going on. I drink like 200 ounces of water a day or I get a horrid headache and I haven’t been active but it’s been snowing and cold so I haven’t been really exercising, but I should be naturally burning 2400 calories with my height and weight without being pregnant so idk what to do.
Anyone have any advice or is in a similar boat? It’s stressful watching people talk about how little they have gained or how they haven’t gained anything and I feel like I’m just becoming more and more of a beached whale
